What Happens on Rural High School Visits

• Introduce CRANC members:
• Ice Breakers: Lots of questions about health professionals for the High School Students – see how much they know!

• Case present a patient who has a serious medical position
• Ask the students to think about all the health professionals involved in his care.
  • Summarise.
  • Tell students why health career’s are awesome!
  • Take questions from the group

• • Marks to get into uni
  • Finances (scholarships, working, centrelink)
  • Transport (Bikes, public transport, car, getting lost in Canberra!)
  • Accommodation (Residences, rooming with friends)
